How Project V works

From choosing a design
to sharing the link.

The editor handles the practical work while the invitation stays focused on your guests.

Choose

Explore the collection and open the live experience before you decide. Temple Dawn is currently available in the Signature collection.

Add your names, photographs, story, wedding functions, dates, venue and map link. Hide optional sections you do not need.

See your changes inside the invitation while you work. Adjust supported photographs directly in their final frames.

Publish when every detail is ready. Project V creates a guest link and a separate private edit link.

Send the guest link through WhatsApp or copy it for another channel. The private edit link stays with the invitation owner.

Return through the private link, update the invitation and publish again. The existing guest address continues to work.

Before you publish

Check names, dates, photographs, links and RSVP settings. Switch between desktop and mobile previews to see how guests will view the invitation.

After you publish

Share the guest link publicly. Keep the private edit link for yourself. It allows future changes without replacing the guest address.

When details change

Update a venue, photograph or event through the private editor. Guests opening the existing link will receive the latest published version.
